Handmade by Sifu Kelly Knight (Ip Man > Kwok Fu > Dana Wong lineage), an American artist and craftsman, these wooden swords are an alternative to our plastic and metal knives. They are made out of American-sourced OAK hardwood They feature many custom features, such the large, circular spacing for horizontal pivoting the blades utilizing your thumbs. The quillon (crossguard) is now re-enforced with an aluminum plate and vertical peg (not visible) and epoxy glue to help strengthen it. The wood is sealed and requires no maintenance whatsoever.

In addition, they can be customized in several ways; tip-heavy (no holes in the blade), neutral (some holes in the blade) or handle-heavy (several holes in the blade). In addition, a bit of green paint can be added at no additional cost, either on the hand grip, at the end of the handle, inside the holes in the blade (if specified) or any combination. If you do not request customization at the time of the order, then the most popular configuration (the one pictured) will be sent.

Construction takes 1-2 weeks and Sifu Knight will personally mail you the swords using USPS. Sifu Knight will contact you once you order to go over the details with you.
