We are continuing our short Self Defence workshops which is suitable for persons age 15+. This is a perfect fit for your busy schedules to discover Wing Chun Self Defence & boost your self-confidence in a safe and relaxed environment!
Wing Chun Self Defence is a traditional style of Kung Fu created by a woman to defend yourself against stronger/ bigger attackers with simultaneous blocking and punching.
Our workshop is suitable for beginners without any martial arts experience and does not require you to sign up for the classes. So take up the challenge, bring a friend and learn Wing Chun Self Defence!
