Kwok Sifu\, who will be giving a Wing Chun and Qigong seminar on the 5th and 6th of March\, will also be visiting our Kwoon during his stay. \nOur seminars will be held on March 5th\, Saturday between 18.00 – 22.00\, on March 6th\, Sunday between 09.30 – 18.30. \nTraining intensifies on form corrections and applications\, realistic applications of Wing Chun techniques\, training tools (weapons) and Chi-Sao principles and applications.
