On 27 and 28 February 2016 will be held the first stage will Ving Tsun Kung Fu Manuel Cammozzo, representative of the federation Ving Tsun Kung Fu Italian referring to VTKFAE Philipp Bayer, the headquarters of the Ving Tsun Como.

The seminar will be held at the Hundred gym, located in Via Valleggio 16 – Como.

It will be an opportunity to meet a deep knowledge of the Ving Tsun Kung Fu, as designated by Sifu Philipp Bayer Representative for Italy of this wonderful lineage of Wing Chun Kung Fu.

Manuel Cammozzo is distinguished by many sports authorities for his knowledge, skills and familiarity, personally embodying the spirit and style of its popular predecessors: Wong Shun Leung and Philipp Bayer.

The cornerstones of our beloved Ving Tsun will be explained without mysticism and secrets, with simplicity and rigor but, above all, without personal interpretation, as done so far by the generations that preceded us.

with obvious pride , that the first open day of the Ving Tsun Como of the new year , will be held on January 25, 2016 – 8:30 to 10:30 – at our headquarters via Sant’Eutichio , 3 – Como ( Fitness Center ) .

The lecture will focus on the main themes of the Ving Tsun Kung Fu lineage Wong Shun Leung / Philipp Bayer , the usefulness and implementation of the forms with bare hands and with tools , core exercises , and ( for the more experienced ) a series of exercises i’m sure that will test the skills of all participants .

The proof , as is our custom , will be held with the utmost seriousness and respect for this wonderful lineage of Wing Chun but without forgetting the lightness and familiarity that lessons of this kind require in order to be usable and bearing .
