The development of Wing Chun in Macau began in 1966 with the establishment of the Overseas Chinese Macau Wing Chun Fitness Academy. Master Ho Kam Ming, the academy’s founder and a disciple of the renowned Grandmaster Ip Man, trained many students from all walks of life for over half a century. From its origins as an “east meets west” commercial port, Macau has flourished into the vibrant city it is today. In recent years, through the actions and enterprise of Master Ho Kam Ming’s students, the federation has both fostered and participated in several landmark community initiatives. By building ties with local and overseas martial arts groups from various disciplines, it has played an integral role in increasing the profile of Wing Chun, benefiting countless students and practitioners and furthering the spirit of martial arts.

Dieser Teil aus dem Wing Chun Kung Fu, ist ein hervorragendes Training, das ganzheitlich und vielseitig ausgerichtet ist. Unter Hit & Kick ist die fitness- und spielorientierte Variante des eigentlichen Wing Chun Kung Fu, ohne Sparring zu verstehen.

HIT & KICK

ist ein vielseitig ausgerichtetes Workout, bei dem die Inhalte des eigentlichen Wing Chun Trainings (Schlagtraining, Arbeit am Sandsack und Partnertraining mit Pratzen) durch Elemente anderer Fitness – Aktivitäten (z.B. Seilspringen, Krafttraining, Yoga, Pilates, Stretching usw.) ergänzt werden. Unsere Übungen optimieren die motorischen Grundeigenschaften wie Kraft, Ausdauer, Schnelligkeit, Beweglichkeit und Koordination, was die ganzheitliche Fitness optimal und gleichmäßig verbessert. Im Prinzip alles, was für einen guten und gesunden Körper, auf dieser Ebene, nötig ist.

Das Training beim HIT & KICK besteht auch aus gymnastisch orientierten Übungen mit und ohne Geräte. Aber natürlich auch Trainingsformen am Sandsack und mit Handpolstern, den so genannten Pratzen, gehören dazu. Das Schlagtraining an Sandsack oder mit den Pratzen eignet sich überdies um Aggressionen und Stress abzubauen und verbessert die Konzentrationsfähigkeit. Neben der körperlichen Fitness steigert dieser Workshop aber auch das Selbstvertrauen ungemein und nicht zu vergessen, das psychische Wohlbefinden.

Eine Teilnahme ist ab 15 Jahren möglich und auch sinnvoll für absolute Beginner!
