Training Station – The Rice Bag Training Station

This centerline training trapping arm dummy is designed for Wing Chun trapping and sensitivity drills for when a partner is not available. This station is 44 inch’s tall and easily mounts to a Wall, wooden post, or Tree.

Starting from the top you have two 11 inch Rice filled canvas bags mounted at head and body level. Next you a padded spring arm designed for trapping, sticking and pulling. Last you have an 11 inch foam filled Makiwara board mounted at an angle ideal for knee striking.

This station takes 2-4 weeks to construct and drop-ships from the carpenter.
